Half Hog (Estimated)

A half hog share yields approximately 70lbs (take home) pounds of cuts. Your actual cut weight will vary based on the cut instructions given to the butcher.  The butcher is very helpful with determining how to get the cuts you want. This price doesn’t include processing. On average this will be approximately $125-$175 depending what you have cut. Such as sausage, patties, links, or hotdogs
